- Where can I find more Whitmor products?
- You may find a larger selection Whitmor products in our Amazon store and from other retailers.
- What should I do if I need help after business hours?
- If you need assistance after business hours, please leave your name and telephone number along with a brief message. We will return your call as soon as possible the following business day. We also encourage you to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or complete our contact form.
- What is Whitmor’s Return Policy?
- We encourage you to contact Whitmor Customer Service prior to returning a product to its original place of purchase. We will fully address any issues you may be having with our product, which may include part replacement or full product replacement, at no charge to you.
- Do Whitmor products come with warranties?
- Whitmor stands by its products...period. If you are not satisfied with something regarding your Whitmor item, please email our Customer Service department or give us a call at 888-944-8667 between 8am and 4:30pm CST. We are also available to assist you via Live Chat throughout the day by clicking on the link at the top right of our website.
- What should I do about missing or defective parts?
- If you discover you’re missing a part or need a defective part replaced, please contact Customer Care and have your instruction sheet available, as we will need it to determine what unit you have. We will also need you to email (email@example.com) or fax (662-393-1994) us a copy of your receipt before we send replacement parts.
Note: If you think you are missing a part, please make sure the part is not inside another or already connected.
- How long will it take to receive replacement parts?
- We require 7-10 working days to ship replacement parts.
- How can I find specific products?
- Contact Customer Service with the style #, UPC or DPCI number of the specific Whitmor product you want to buy, and we will provide you with a list of stores that carry the product.
- What languages does customer service support?
- We do not have translators available. Please seek assistance from an English-speaking translator when calling.
